Hi, I’m Mello.

I’m the kind of person who notices the little things. I pay attention to details — the way someone’s voice shifts when they’re upset, the pause before they answer, the mood of a room before anyone says a word. I don’t always speak first, but when I do, it’s because I’ve thought about it.

I like clarity, calm, and things that make sense. Numbers, charts, patterns — they help me understand the bigger picture. But I also like knowing how people feel, even if they don’t say it out loud. For me, balance comes from listening before acting.

Some people might call me quiet, but quiet doesn’t mean invisible. It means I choose my words carefully. It means I know when to step back and when to step in.

I’m not flashy, I’m not loud — and I don’t need to be. My strength is in observation, patience, and persistence.
